Finally able to make it out for the years first ride. I almost biffed it leaving the driveway due to several inches of ice with snow melt water running over the top of it. Other than that, a nice 20 mile ride on my 2002 GL1800.

After waiting all winter I almost forgot how much fun this is. Temp. close to 45 degrees. Back down to 7 degrees tonight so I had to put her away for a few more weeks.

Minnesota winters sure last a long time.

Maybe you should move to Texas. This was taken on Saturday...

I'm a chicken. I wouldn't even go for a ride if there is a good chance of a shower much less riding on ice/snow melted road.

Sarge, I'm glad that you got out and stretched your legs. I probably put in two hundred miles this weekend.

Nah....

Tried uploading a photo of the bike, and it displayed someones revolver. This time it's a grainy photo of a Glock (getting closer..) - neither one is mine.

System wouldn't let me delete the posts either.

Sorry for the double post.

I suspect that somewhere in a "Gun For Sale" thread is this photo...

Had my first ride...all of last week in Florida - Daytona Bike Week. What a blast.

Yes, we did trailer the bikes down from Minnesota.

1,500 miles including an overnighter to Key West.

Believe it or not - I just picked up some gear from Gerbing. Came in handy a couple of times (the heated jacket liner and gloves).

Sure wish I would've bought this stuff years ago.

Oh Man, you are killing me. That is the bike I need. Is that picture taken from the eastside of Washoe Lake?

Yea, I was up on the hills behind the Airport.

I was playing with the GPS and had planned to find my way to Virginia City, but was stopped by snow.
