Not a SNS, but for the price it's close. I passed over some true "junk guns" to spend an equal amount of money on this one. There's another gun show next week so maybe I'll join the club then.

Bulgarian. It's got the original "star" grips, and also some black "target" grips. This Mak is 9x18, so nobody's done the .380 conversion.

I stopped at this guy's table because I saw a Phoenix .22 that looked like fun. My next cheap Milsurp gun will be a Tokarev, which for it's inability to remain intact when dry firing could very well qualify it as a SNS. I think for my American SNS I'll get a derringer. They seem to be more plentiful than the Phoenix guns.

with makarovs around, i dont see how jennings, HighPoint, Davis......et cetera can still be around.

for 150 bucks, this makarov is the best gun there is.

ive always said, for 200 bucks as the ceiling, a used model 10 or a makarov is the best going.
