A bunch of changes this year for the fall draw.

Having to pay the fees upfront is going to be a hit to the wallet since I apply for damn near everything. Especially with the raised costs. Even though it's refunded, that's a big check to write. I like the loyalty point system they started. Seems like a fair way to do things.
Regs come out May 2nd and the deadline is June 14th. Don't drag your feet.
