Can anyone legally buy full auto parts for the intent of re-selling them for profit? I see everything posted about NFA rules apply and ATF looks at it as if you have an unregestered machine gun if you own an AR15. I do not own an AR15 so do I get passed this?
I don't think that an internet forum is the best place to be asking for legal advice of this sort. Your best bet would be to call your local BATF office and ask them or consult with an experienced attorney in your area.

I fully intend on checking it out before I buy anthing, I just thought I'd ask here first since it's Sunday and see what you folks think. I guess no one else has an opinion.
Thanks

If...
...these parts don't include NFA or GCA regulated components; and
...these parts aren't otherwise regulated by state/local law; and
...you can avoid a constructive possession issue...
it is likely that what you intend to do is not unlawful.
As always, seek competent professional legal counsel if you are concerned about this or any other issue.

I would say you would be walking a thin line.

Without pertinent statute for the parts, nor the constructive possession issue, we're just talking about pieces of steel.
Much the same situation as ordering the used FA trigger groups from CMMG and taking them to the local gunshow to make extra cash.
