Went to my nephew in laws house for his b-day. He got this new game called "Area 51". In the game, I was pleasantly surprised to find my pistol called the scorpion, i think, was chambered for 10mm jacketed hollow points. It was nice to see our beloved 10mm make its way into this area as well. Nice to be recognized.

jeeze man....
I dont remember much from when I was abducted, but I do remember that some of them wear those exoskeleton suits when they are out and about conquering planets
do you really want HP's on those green bastards?
I think Id want 200 grain beartooths, just to make sure I could punch thru to the vitals
if it bleeds, we can kill it!

The handgun in an awesome computer game, Deus Ex, is chambered in the 10mm as well! In the game, they describe it as:
With their combination of high stopping power and low recoil, pistols chambered for the 10mm round have become the sidearms of choice for paramilitary forces around the world.
I wouldn't necessarily call it low recoil, but I do like the idea of the 10mm becoming the weapon of choice for military around the world in the future ;)
Seriously, I actually first heard about the 10mm from this game; it's the reason I first tried a 10 out, to see what this was all about, and it's been my weapon of choice ever since. Pretty funny, huh?
i first became aware of the 10mm from a *Glock* brochure! thanks Gaston, love ya babe!!
Yeah, the 10 works great on aliens as well. ;)

Anyone remember the 10mm "Smart gun" from Aliens? also the M41 Pulse Rifle from same movie was also 10x24mm. It was actually a heavily modified Thompson M1A1, with a shortend remy 870 pump for the nade launcher. someone sold a kit to dress up a tommy gun like the M41 but I cant remember who sold it...

Those smart guns were 10mm? Man, and I thought they were cool before!
Yeah, and that 10x24 ammo was CASELESS too!! WWeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!
I really liked the digital round counter on the mag housing. Now if Glock can just come up with something like that on their 33-round G-18 mags,.....

Even though their caseless ammo somehow results in shell casings flying all over when they're shooting ;)

Well,...they WERE Thompsons made up to LOOK like future caseless guns after all. Thompsons still eject brass when fed blanks.;Q ;2 ;2 ;I ^b

^ I saw one of those go on gunbroker a while back. They are a rare bird indeed.
Actually, there is no need to shoot an alien with a 10mm. The mere sight of a G20,sends them scurrying away in fear.
