what do (hand)gun owners want?

I write about guns and maintain a website about guns. My bias is pro-gun with as little political rhetoric as possible. Yes, I know, writing about guns is an overtly political act.

The other day, someone asked me this question, "what do gun
owners want?" in the context of trying to identify potential
interests of informing and serving handgun users. Of course,
I have opinions in this regard.

But it occurred to me that this forum is a good place to ask
such a question. So, if you will respond with 4-5 things that
you, as a gun owner, REALLY want, I would be appreciative.

It may not be possible for you to list only 4-5 items and you
may want to post more. Do so, please. But put what you want
most at the top of the list.

I am a Canadian,

1) I would like every Canadian to own at least 1 gun.

2.) A Smith & Wesson Performance Center .38 revolver
(not .38/.357 i.e. .38 only) with a barrel length of

1. To be able to legally own a brand-new fully-automatic weapon without paying an overly inflated sum for same.

2. To be able to carry concealed or openly without getting in kind of special permit (in every state).

3. National CCW reciprocity.

4. Cheap, reliable 1911s.

5. Same with AR-15s.

I would like to see Colt bring back the New Service revolver in .44 Special. They need to bring back the Detective Special.

The Colt SAA revolver should be priced around $600 instead of $1200 each.

1) I'd like to see any unconstiitutional gun control law (i.e ALL of them) repealed.

2) NE get a CCW law passed.
