Cant download MS Updates Help Please!

Im trying to down load Microsoft updates. But when I try it goes to checking for updates and then says "done". I can not download any updates at all. I have even tried automatic updates but it never works. Help please!;g

Uh I really dont know all of the PC jargon. Win XP. IE, Yahoo.

In order to download updates now, you need SP1 and SP2.

On the left side of the WIndows Update page, there is a selection to review all update installations. Click on that to see what all has been downloaded and installed on your computer.

I think only SP-1 is required.
