View Full Version : Steyr pistol in Austin TX
Hi,
Where can the wife & I purchase a Steyr M or S series 9mm pistol in Austin? She likes the look of them and especially likes the trapezoid sights. Any info is greatly appreciated!;c
Not sure about how far you are from them but CDNN is located in Texas ... check them out at cdnninvestments.com
Austin is a 4 hour drive from Abilene. We have no retail store as we are a distributor. Many ffl's in Austin are on file with us. Give me a call nad I can check which ones near you are on file.

RENEA, the best deal you'll find is with CDNN. Get ahold of majd and he will take care of you. Some dealers at the gunshow here in Austin will sell the M9 for $325 but that doesn't include the hicap mag that CDNN is throwing in. Some dealers were asking up to $450. Check with Advanced Armaments in Round Rock. Sam does the transfers for $20. Which is the cheapest I've found. Oh yea, probably 600 rounds through my M9 and I've never had any failure whatsoever.:)
Anyone know of any retailers in the Austin area that may carry them in stock?

Probably Mcbride's would stock them. You'll probably pay near top dollar for one though. Maybe Sportsmen's Guide on 71. You could always get a dealer to order one from Davidson's. Davidson's provides a lifetime warranty on all their guns. Really CDNN is the BEST deal you will find. From day of order I have never waited more than two days for a firearm to get to my dealer. Check at www.thehighroad.org if your in South Austin, there is a guy who posts on the website that he'll do $5 dollar transfers in the S. Austin area. Get one and enjoy that Steyr. :)

Sorry I found this thread too late.
I ordered mine from CDNN direct, and had it shipped to Alan Dugger at SPRINCO. He's off of Springdale. He charges $20 for a transfer without a CHL, and $15 if you do have a CHL. I've dealt with Alan several times, and he's a very professional fellow. Call him before you place the order and ask him if it's OK.
Drawback for us is that they charge sales tax. Bummer.
[Edited to add] I just saw that you got it already. Keep Alan in mind if you need other FFL services in the future though.
