Where buy variant 9 detent plates?

I've been shopping for a variant 9 detent plate for a HK USP 45 fullsize, and can't find anyone with. Where can you buy the plates? Everyone is out of stock and doesn't plan on renewing their stock?

Question 2: Match trigger? How complicated is it to install one, and how much better is the trigger? What is the expected pull weight?

Any thoughts?
