I just added 5 more adds to a very effective online site that I've had huge sucess in the past with just one ad. I put together some targeted ads in the right subsections of the site and think I'm gonna get a HUGE response. God I hope so, getting close to $30,000 in the hole. Its starting to hurt.

What type of business is this for and are you using an ad agency to produce your adverts?

What kind of mortgages? Traditional...investment...hard money? Just curious.

i try to target subprime, but end up with a little bit of everything, commercial, hard money, first time home buyers, the challenging type stuff. I try to stay away from rate shoppers. I'd rather not deal with the types that will walk away over an 1/2 of a point. I'd rather work with those who are thankful for you bending over backwards for them.
