Anyone have any good steak marinade recipes?

I use one a lot that is reportedly what Steak and Ale uses on their "Kinsington Club" steak.

Soy sauce
Pineapple juice
White cooking wine

Use equal parts of the three ingredients, in whatever quantity needed for the amount of meat you are using.

I use this for beef and chicken. I usually marinade beef overnight, and chicken for at least two hours. When I'm ready to grill, I take the meat out of the marinade and season with McCormick's Grillmate spice mix. This marinade ends up with a bit of a "teryaki" style taste.

yeah that steak & ale kensington steak is not bad, just small.

I used a little bit worcester with fresh crack black peppercorn with a a Jim Beam hot sauce and like to marinade my strip steak for over 8hrs.

or a crush about 4-6 garlic cloves and dice a onion fine and spread them along the steak with pepper and little salt and let them sit in the frig turning once. You have to like garlic & onions for this one. Great on a hot grill.

I'm a dry rub guy...

A good dusting of some blend, seared in a pan or ON A GRILL, let it rest on a plate
loosely under foil for 5 minutes, and it simply can't get better...

You taste the beef with the bonus of seasoning and flavorful jooses...

Damn if it ain't my favorite thing!

My wife's from Argentina and I've been there 3 times for a month each shot...
They know what I like and lovingly cater to me...

They get the coals white, season only with salt, and get a crust going...
At the table they serve a green condiment of minced garlic, parsley, vinegar, pepper, and olive oil,
called Chimichurri...

It's perfection...

One reason Argentina is famous for its beef is that they butcher younger, more tender, animals...

I was in a pinch the other day, and threw some cheap cuts into some Newmans Own Vinegar and Olive oil dressing.....Couldn't wait, so it ended up marinading overnight....It was pretty darn good, if I do say so myself.
