Does anyone know where I can find an M40? Buddy of mine fell in luv with mine and wants one. My old standby CDNN does not have any. All suggestions are welcome.
On another note CDNN did it again, the ad stated two clips with the pistols I wanted and sure enough when I called they stated "sorry we've changed the deal, one clip per gun " I know it is their option but this is twice they did that to me!!!! They better hope no one offers the same deal as they do, I'll look else where.
only thing left in the cheap old models is M9's.
m40/m357/s40/s9 all gone, at least at distributer level, some shops may have.
new m40a1/m9a1/m357a1's availible for the 450-500 range.
supposed to be new s9a1 and s40a1 in the works, yet to roll of production lines though.
try to find one on gunbroker.com

Davidson's has 18 S9s left as of this morning. They are on sale until 6/15 - the price in my neck of the woods is $289.

Was that the CDNN M9 deal?
I do not know who you talked to but they are wrong. CDNN is still putting one 10 rd and one 14 rd mag with each gun for $279.99. We have had some turnover in salesmen lately. Just ask for Brian when you call and I will give you the correct info.

Brian,
Not only did I not get two mags with my m9 and m40 but I just ordered two barettas (brig 96d, mini cougar) and two Walthers (p99 dao) and the brig and walthers did not come with two mags.
Too be honest if there was a better deal than cdnn I would go there. I think its crappy to not honor what your add states and if I spen 1300 bucks I think a few mags should be honored.
Sorry I'll not air my dirty laundry on the forum.

what do you think you just did?;Q
CDNN sells their pistols with one mag unelss the ad states otherwise. Hence the low prices.
FYI, steyrs only come with one anyways, see davidsons. Recently, as in last ad cycle, they started including 2 on the m9's, but this is not the norm

You know you might be right about the Steyrs and one mag. I stand corrected. BUT the catalog and the pdf states two mags for the 96D Brig.
I'll get over it and thanks for the correction. I am happy with all four weapons.;b
Yeah, I cant speak for the Beretta 96.
Brian and Jerry at CDNN seem to know there stuff. Nevre had an issue ordering through those two guys. Go through them, and I dont think you will ahve any more issues with being "shorted"

Auburn, Thanks i checked G.B. and found several Thanks again for the help (gn luver)Max W.
If the ad said 2 mags you are entitled to get 2 mags. We will send you the extra mag at our expense. The guns normally come with one mag. Every now and then the marketing people decide to make a deal and offer 2 mags with a certain gun. Problem is they don't always tell the salesmen about the deal or we forget there is a deal on a certain gun. Call me.
I just ordered 3 M9's from CDNN (Jerry) and 4 extra high caps and all came as promissed.
+1 for CDNN

Interesting. I just got a LNIB M40 with 2 factory 10 rounders and 2 factory 12 rounders, bookelet, etc in a trade. I was just going to sell or trade it but manybe I will hold onto it and wait--the mags for a GB are going for 200 bucks plus now. I went on gunbroker and the hi-cap .40 mags are pretty expensive now.

If cabowabo got legitimately shorted on magazines, it is his duty to share that info with fellow consumers - that is one of the great advantages to forums and the internet (sometimes "errornet") IMHO.
I just ordered an M9 from CDNN (from Brian) a couple of weeks ago and it only came with 1 10-rd mag. I immediately called Brian when I got it and told him the same thing cabowabo said - "...the ad stated that it comes with one 10-rounder and one 14-rounder". Brian apologized and immediatlely sent it out and I got it 3 days later.
CDNN has the best prices and Brian is the best to deal with over there. Deal with Brian when ordering from CDNN - case solved.

Brian,
Can I get a Steyr at a good price from CDNN?? A .40 cal preferrably but I can settle for a 9. I think I heard $280. Any help would be appreciated!
CDNN was sold out of the 40's, but they may still have a few M9's. I think they are $279 + $10 shipping.
Auburn is correct. M9's only at $279.99 with one 10 and one 14rd mag. $9.99 shipping.
