Urgent Help needed, how to view whats in the box?

I can't view whats in certain boxes on my computer, for example at the top of this "post new thread" screen I can see the Glock Talk on the left but there is a blank box on the right with a red box, a blue triangle and a green circle on a tiny while rectangle.

How do I set my browser to see this stuff? I need to turn this function on to complete some online school work.

Depending on which browser you are using, you need to click on Tools.

Mozilla Firefox: Click Options, then Web Features.

Internet Explorer: Click Internet Options, Advanced, Multimedia.
