I am building a ar-15 and am looking for a ambi selector switch, mag release and grip. Does anyone know a web site where I might be able to find these?

Bushmaster has all of them, but I can't find the ambi mag release on their site. Here is the safety/selector and the grip (I have this grip on two different weapons -- love it):

The printed catalog show the ambi mag release on page 24 (catalog 2005 V.1; part number 8448638-ambi), at a cost of $89.95. You could probably order by phone and get it.

It looks cool, but I have no direct experience with it; and at that price, I never will. ;f

Hey bz,

Having a Bushy with the ambi mag release, I can certainly attest to it's usefulness. Since I have a disability that affects my right arm and hand, it's mostly a necessity. I did notice my mag changes in 3-gun matches were smoother which is cool.

The ambi mag release is actually a Norgon product but as DJ mentioned, it's expensive at $89.95. When I first got the part, I thought I would have to take it to a Smith but fortunately, it was easy to install. I think it took me all of 5 minutes.

For me the benefits of having the part was worth the price but it would have been nice to pay much less....
