Mozilla E-mail

Hi,

I have been using Mozilla Suite for browsing, e-mail, etc. Lately, I've noticed e-mail disappearing from my Inbox. E-mail that I was reading 5 minutes ago! E-mail that I needed to save!

I've double-checked all my settings - nothing is set to delete anything automatically.

I checked a FAQ on Mozilla e-mail - seems like this is a "mysterious" problem that strikes at random, and no one knows how to fix it!

So, I thought I would post here, for two reasons:

1) MAYBE someone will know how to fix it;
2) to notify others of this problem.

I enjoy using the browser, but this is unacceptable in an e-mail client.

Check your junk mail controls. Mozilla might see the mail as junk and depending on your settings will delete the mail marked as junk.

Yeah, I double-checked my e-mail controls, cause I thought that might be the problem, but, nope, that's not it.

The junk mail controls are different then the email controls. The settings are located in two different locations. Are you aware of this?
