any P64 mags out there?

Friend of mine just got one of these. He called me on the phone.

He says, "I got another Makarov".

I said "where was it made?"

"Poland".

"Then it ain't a Makarov, it's probobly a P64."

"Uhh...let me see...hey, how'd you know that?"

"Because I know more about guns than you!" ;f ;f ;f


He then says, "Do you think the magazine will interchange with my Mak?"

I say, "No."

Him: "Hang on a sec....nope, doesn't fit."

The P-64 usually comes with two magazines.
I think it was SOG that only gives one magazine with the P-64 and then sells the second mag. IMO that's a little sleezy but you might check with them.

My P-64 is a great shooter, and while not considered true Makarov it holds its own with my Bulgy all day, and in my eyes earning it the honorable title of "Makarov" ;)
