Where can I get info on Steyr pistols in the US? Do they have a website?

Unfortunately, Steyr's US customer support is inversely proportional to the quality of the pistol (i.e., the pistol is great and support sucks!). The best place to read about Steyr's is on the German website, here: http://www.steyr-mannlicher.com/index.php?id=644
There is a US-based company, USA Steyr. Here's their web site: http://www.usasteyr.com/
Steyr is aware of their shortcomings in the US market and they're trying to fix it. It will be a while, though, before they have the same kind of presence and customer service in the US that the other foreign makers have.
Hope this helps,
Jim

Thanks. Not alot of info. What kind of trigger does it have, traditional DA or like the Glock?
Is the S simply a smaller M?

Yes, the trigger is "Glock-like". Yes, the S (for "small") is the compact version of the M (for "medium"). They refer to frame size.
Here's a link to the Steyr FAQ's on the SteyrClub forum: http://www.steyrclub.com/modules.php?name=FAQ
You can find just about everything Steyr-related there.

If I'm not mistaken, the trigger operates similarly to the Glock.
However the FEEL is - IMHO - far better than Glock.
And yes, the S is simply a shorter M - slide and grip are both approximately 1/2" shorter.
Holsters designed for the M will fit either the M or S.
if you think of a glock as a 1.5 action then the steyr is 1.3 as the precock is 70% instead of %50.
Also no moving or intregal parts are embedded into the polymer frame thus eliminating the flex efffect as it's all in it's own steel subassembly.

Which also lends itself to easier maintenance & cleaning, IMHO.

Doh!!! I knew that....
Must have had Walther on my brain! Actually, it's probably because I went to the site to get the right link, and you have to choose between the English and German versions of text.
Or maybe I was just braindead!
I vote the second;e
(just say you were refering to the language it was written and not the geography Nav;) )
