Shooting high with a g26?

I took my brand spanking new 26 out to the range the other day.

I seemed to be shooting a little high with it at 15 yards (see attached image - I fired 150 total rounds at that target that day)

As you can see, with the 26 I was tending to cluster the shots right above the Shoot-N-C. With my 17, the big hole is almost always covered up when I slap a new Shoot-N-C on.

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong and how I can fix it?

Some of my guns I place the front sight on the bullseye. On others I place the front sight under the bullseye like I am placing the dot on the eye.

I require the lowest(6.1mm) rear sight or my G26 shoots high as well.
Height from the factory is 6.5mm.
A replacement rear is $3.95 through http://www.lonewolfdist.com/,

but I'd bet a box of ammo that Glock would send you the lower height for free.
