Does anyone know of any information regarding switching barrels from 40 to 357sig for the P2000 and P2000sk. Will essentially give 2 pistols for the price of the extra barrel. I currently have the 40 and 357 sig barrels for a sig 229 and can't think of any reason same sort of conversion will not be possible for the P2000 series.
Any information is appreciated.
Thanks
Charles
I made myself a barrel for my P2000 in .357 SIG.
I used a USPc oversiced barrel form Javis and went from there.
The USPc is close to the P2000, the P2000sk is even more different from the USPc.
Anyway, my understanding is, that this month HK will have the P2000 and P2000sk in .357 SIG.
Lets see if they stick to this, while I think they will be late!

You can use the .357 barrel in the .40 P2000. The base of the brass is the same circumference as a .40 cal round.
Have fun.
