I am considering purchasing a P40 or P9 Covert, and was wondering how the grip compared to the Glocks which I am more familiar with. On the G22 my hand fits comfortably with a little left over. On the G23 my pinky tends to slide off. On the G27 I sometimes end up with just my middle finger holding on. I am wondering how much length of grippable space the Coverts have from the bottom to the bottom of the trigger guard. Will I be holding the Covert with one finger like the G27?
Thank you for your time and your help.

Yes.
I have Glocks G26, G27 and G19. I also just acquired a Khar PM9 (same grip size as covert). The heigth seems ths same on the Kahr and my "baby" glocks. However, the Khar is so much thinner it's startling!
If you have big mitts and don't like the G27, you will hate the covert and PM9.
I, personally, love both the G26/27 and PM/covert grips- especially when concealing. Only my "pinky" is under the grip.

You must have huge hands. With the covert/PM/MK size grip, my pinky just barely hangs off. With the G19 size grip, I've got plenty of room for all four fingers comfortably.
It sounds like yes, you would be holding on to any of the smaller kahrs the same way you would the G27.
