I saw that impactguns.com has some Bulgarian maks for $199.99, is this a good price? I know I can get 'em cheaper but these look like they are good quality.

I would doubt that the ones from Impact are any better or worse than those available elsewhere.
If you happen to live in Utah, then it is probably a good source in that you may be able to go in and hand pick your Mak.

impactguns is overpriced.
i bought mine over the internet for $150. they were unissued, military production covered with grease for protection. all you need is to blast them with some degreaser and you are ready to go.

btw, i live in utah, and i have been to impact guns store. if i had a choice i wouldnt do any business with them. that said, there are better than the other gun stores around here.

i went to one of the other stores last week and they were asking $9 per box of barnaul 9x18. i left and never plan to go back.

$199 is too high by $30-$50, now.

But who knows what they will go for next year.

these guys are pretty good to deal with. i won it on gunbroker.com and than asked them to send me one more. did i mention that mine came with matching mags.

i am not sure if they have any left. give them a call. they have a slightly higher price than others but the guns are in excellent (LNIB) condition. or at least thats what they had a year ago.

I have heard good things about the J&G $139.00 Maks. They are in excellent condition with the Century import mark (large).

They have been 139 somewhere in the shotgun news for years now.I bought a bulgi nib(light green box)with all the goodies in 98 or 99 from a gun show.Man that guy sold more guns ,faster than ive ever seen. All legal so you can imagine 4 people filling out paperwork at a time. His assistant is behind pulling out boxes of bulgarian maks in 9mm mak or 380.Hes checking ID,permits etc.It was good to see. Good old supply and demand eager to exchange money for product.

I've got one on auctionarms right now in new condition, item #6801043.
I love these little guns, wish I'd have found about them sooner.
