I thought the pistols in Desparado were P89's too. I compared it to my P89DC, and it look simular. I'll post pics below so that you can compare :)

I thought Desperado had 45 rugers, and Reservoir Dogs had S&W's?

Desperado had Ruger P90's with magic 25 round mags that looked like 7 rounders or either the ammo fairies helped him.You know,it's sorta like LOTR elves with arrows.

In case you've not seen it,"Last Man Standing" starring Bruce Willis is a good gun movie,too.He's got (2) 1911's in it and in one scene,shoots them fast enough to sound like full-autos.
