Price for S80 38 Super

My brother will soon be selling his Colt Govt. S80 .38 Super and he was curious as to what was a fair price for it. It has a Kings fitted bushing, millet fixed sights, Videcki trigger, and is hard chromed. It has light customizing on the gun. Usual rounded edges and lowered flared ejection port, trigger job, Wilson hammer, Brown Grip safety, Blah, blah, blah.
This is a shooter and a well cared for carry gun.

So what do you guys think is a fair price for it?

He plans to sell it with several mag’s, holster (Dillon) and brass. We have no idea what it would be worth.
