What gun magazines do you read? And who among the gunwriters you like and whose words you respect?

I prefer SWAT, Complete Book of Handguns by Massad Ayoob, and AH's Tactical Annual.

As for gunwriters, there's Clint Smith, Louis Awerbuck, Massad Ayoob, Gabe Suarez, Andy Stanford, and Ralph Mroz.

I read any gun magazines. Basta magazines that features guns, i like it and read it. I usually buy gun magazines kapag expired na kasi mura na lang usually ranges from 150 to 200 pesos. I have compiled a lot of magazines, ang dami na nga eh. Plan to have those hardbound for future reference. LOL.

Dati lahat yata ng magazine binibili ko, American Handgunner, Guns & Ammo, Handguns, Combat Handguns, Gun Games, etc. Kaya lang naisip ko bala na lang. ;f

I like American Handgunners the most for the eye candy just like Uno and FHM. ;f

Guns and Ammo, Handguns, American Handgunner, Combat handguns, GunWorld and Guns. I mostly buy the back issues(unless the current ones are really interesting) as the current ones are too expensive if I bought all of them at once. As to gun writers, I like the articles of Ross Seyfried, the late Elmer Keith, Jan Libourel, Patrick Sweeney and a few others that escape me at the moment. I also like the antique gun reviews of Phil Spangenbanner.

For me: Guns and Ammo
contributors such as Jeff Cooper, Chuck Klein, Gritz Grisham and not to forget Charleton Heston(tidbits about the second amendment)
Ayoob i think has a column also at G&A.

i like hand gunners as well but too much advertisements not much about handguns

Jeff Cooper - ibang klase ang prose nya
Chuck Taylor - paranng ganun din magsulat

I liked the old gungames
Pero it's the BE forums that helped me in shooting

When we were young, we got hard-ons reading Playboy. Now that we're older, we get hard-ons reading gun magazines. Revolvers have more curves.
