[Lucky Derby]

Does anyone know where I can find a set of the wood grips currently coming on the Springfield GI? The double diamond with the "US" stamp. Without buying a whole gun, although that isn't exactly a bad idea.:cool: I would like a set for my Mil-Spec.

i think they're $25 through springfield. a relative called and priced them a few months ago, but i don't think he ever ordered them. they're just walnut double diamonds. a couple sets i've seen looked really rough and unfinished. mine look pretty good, but i'm going to make my own this weekend to replace them.

Try WWW.sarcoinc.com there selling G.I grips. Im not sure but I believe they came from us military surplus...go check them out I seem to remember they were very very resonable...;f
