Let me explain.
Glocktalk states prominently that it has no affiliation with Glock inc.. It's right there on the home page. Furthermore, Glocktalk does not sell a physical product utilizing the GLOCK name for a profit.
It is a Federal offense to put a copyrighted company logo on goods and sell them for a profit at the detriment of the copyright holders' interest.
Look at all the raids in Chinatown where the phoney Rolex watches and Gucci bags are being sold. Copyright trademark infringement. It's the law.
