Mouse clicking noises

As I am reading GT or any other site I keep hearing the sound of the mouse clicking on something, only problem is, I ain't touching my mouse. Any suggestions?

turn off the speakers.


j/k. do you have drudge report, fox news, or some other news web site open at the time? from time to time, some sites will refresh themselves, and i believe this causes the clicking sound.

doesn't have to be a news site, but they are the most common to implement this feature.
