I placed an order with kahr on a monday for three items the order was setting on my door step friday afternoon. Can't beat that no complaints.

Dottie is the greatest 2 hours after I called and left a message she returned my call and is sending me some followers for my magazines.ya cannt beat that for service.:cool:

I ordered some Meps from them and they sent me the wrong size. It may be because I couldn't read the directions online at 0400 HRS.

Anyway, after I got the Meps I called and dealt with Deb. She Fed Exed me a set overnight. WOW! I can truly say they are a GREAT company to deal with. I am a lifetime Kahr customer now because of this one situation. It was a little more "involved" than just an overnight order, but I won't bore you with details, suffice to say, they do all they can to make it right by the customer.

I also dealt with Dottie after 3 or 4 rounds of phone tag and she was very nice. Thanks to Michigun I identified my problem as the side panel pin that was missing for whatever reason. She is sending one no questions asked and also offered to send a couple of other parts just in case something happened to them during the problem I had.

I also learned about this added safety feature I was unaware of.
