Removing GZS

Has anyone had any success removing the "GZS, Baldwin, IL." off the gun? I find it annoyning and I know my shooting performance will improve with it removed;z .

While I realize this is probably a joke, wouldn't it be illegal to remove the importation marks?

Wow I did not know that. What marks does the Davidson's Steyr's have?

It is a federal crime to revome the import stamp.

kinda neat how the scratched out the old importer and just stamped on a new one.. LOL but yes, it would be right up there with removing the serial numbers. not a good idea..
