A year after getting out, I finally got a copy of my medical records from the Marine Corps and am ready to file a claim with the VA. Any pointers?

why did you not make your own copy before getting out? that was one of the things i did and within a two month period after i retired i was getting my disability check. anyways, have a rep from either DAV,VFW, help you with your claim .
