Went looking for a new laptop today and saw an AMD Turion proc.. Are they any good? Is it like the cheap Semperon? Diff between it and the Athlon?

This is so funny. I was sent an email to one of my friends that just got a Turion Laptop. He had a Athlon 2200+ and he was say how much faster the Turion was compared to is old laptop. I think that the Turion is AMD’s equivalent to the Pentium M processor. It is supposed to have good battery life and low power consumption.
