Has anyone tried Corbon's 150 or 165 grain stuff in their G20? Yes, I know DT is great, but I like some variety.

Yes and it's decent stuff. Their hottest load is the 180 BCSP (bonded core soft point) @ 1325. Also the most expensive but it's a good hot soft point which are hard to come by in 10mm. I hav'nt seen them for less than $1.25/rd. in a while. Too much for me.
I think the 150gr stuff is getting harder to find. The 180gr std JHP for defensive stuff is much easier to buy in my area and I've haven't seen any 165gr JHP stuff in quite awhile.

I've tried three different Corbon loads in my G20 and they've all been excellent. If I couldn't get DoubleTap, I would shoot Corbon in a heartbeat.
I don't think I've shot the 180Gr BCSP stuff though. I'll need to keep a lookout for it here in Atlanta.

Corbon's 155 gr JHP/XTP are great. My local shop has them for $10.00 a box. 1284fps, I believe that is correct. Not quite full powered, but no bunny farts.
Corbon 150gn & 165gn 10mm ...
I've shot both loads in my G20.
Corbon's 165gn JHP load (@ 1250fps), in my opinion, was not that great accuracy-wise. Not terrible, but groups were not as tight out of my G20 as other 165gn loads were from other makers (e.g., Texas Ammo's former GDHP @ 1350fps & DT's GS @ 1425fps). YMMV.
Corbon's 150gn JHP (@ 1325fps/585fpe) shot pretty well. Had about the same accuracy in the G20 as I get with Geo Arms' 155gn GDHP @ 1375fps/651fpe.
That's the nice thing about the 10mm. There are enough factory loads out there now, using top-of-the-line HPs in the same or similar weights, that you can shop around and determine which maker's load shoots that weight bullet most accurately in your gun.
And with 10mm HP bullet-weights for self-defense use running from 135gns to 200gn (in factory-loaded 10mm), there's a lot to choose from.
Corbons 150gr 10mm round has some of the best "street results" of any 10mm ammo on the market!
I carry Double Tap on a daily basis, however, I always keep a lot of Corbon and Silvertips around the house in case of a rainy day. ;) ;)
You will find that Corbon is very good ammo, they are a lot of rumors about there stuff, however, I have never had a problem with it.
what would be the advantage of the soft point over a HP? lil more penetration than a HP but lil more expansion than a FMJ?
any penetration/expansion data on that BCSP?
