Just wondering if any of my fellow scribes know of any publications or markets seeking short (20-minute read) sci-fi ghost stories.

There are a lot of offbeat type magazines that will publish short stories. You could try searching for them online. Try a few of these links bud.

There are a TON of magazines at those links that publish short stories of all kinds. Magazines are the best place to start. A lot of them are UK mags but who cares. Getting published is getting published. Most will buy the piece from you outright and then it becomes their property. Don't send em anything you want to keep for yourself. Just make sure you get copies of every mag that you are published in and keep them for future references. Some of them will allow you to do a one time use agreement with them but that's VERY rare when you are not already a famous, published author.

Good luck.
