Winchester Ranger 155gr.

What can you all tell me about the Ranger 155gr.? There seems to be a surplus and I can buy it for around 17.99 per box of 50. How does it perform compared to the 165s? It functions great in my guns and is more cost effective than Golden Sabers(15 bucks for 25).
