I currently own a G38 and I absolutely love it! I am interested in purchasing a G39 for back up/deep concealment purposes. How does it handle? If anyone has shot a 38 and a 39, how do they compare in terms of handling?
Thanks!
I actually have all three of the Gaps! I love the G39! I think it is easier to control than my G27. I would go for the G39 if I was you.... I'm glad I did.....;)
Ditto what Bonez says, I have all 3 GAPs and absolutely love them all. The 39 has almost no kick, and is as accurate as I am.

My G39 is the most accurate pistol I have ever fired with such a short sight radius! My G37 introduced me to this great, efficient cartridge and my G39 ended my long-held belief that Glock sub-compacts are only good for very close ranges. With the +1 pinky rest, I have the same capacity as the 1911A1 I carried for three tours in RVN in a tiny, comfortable, accurate, and reliable package.

I will be picking up a G39 for my wife's concealed carry. I shot a friend's and I was very impressed.

I fired one on Friday and I did find it to have a bit more of a bite than my Glock 30, but that is to be expected. It was dead nuts accurate and I really wan't one.

Would it be accurate to say the flash from the 45GAPs is minimal(ie similar to 9mm or 45ACP)?
I am deciding caliber and think the 357SIG would be too flashy.

I haven't fired the glock 37/38/39 but I find the 45 acp flash is quite big.
