I would be happy if my wife had any interest in firearms other than wanting me to sell all mine. Regards, Richard ;f

Look at the bright side, you now need to get another.

When I got an M1 Garand from the CMP last year, I showed it to my wife. She didn't seem to be very interested or as enthusiastic as I was. She said she had as much interest in it as I do in a new outfit she gets at the store. I couldn't understand it and still don't. How could anyone not appreciate a WWII M1?

Boys, I know just how lucky I am. Not only does my wife like to bass fish, she likes to shoot too. (She can back a boat trailer.) We went to a gun show this past weekend and stayed 5 or 6 hours. She's been saving money for a dishwasher, and she kept muttering, "No more guns.. I NEED a dishwasher. No more guns..I NEED a dishwasher." It got really bad when she saw a Ruger 22/45 for $199.00. Then she went through the same thing yesterday at Gander Mountain, but this time she was saying, "On the other hand... YOU could wash dishes." She now has HER Bersa 22, HER Ruger Single Six, HER Makarov. WE have a Hi-Point 9mm, and a Ruger 22/45. For now they're ours anyway.

She has an unmarried sister.

I'm glad I got another Mak. My wife was on the verge of declaring the first one hers.
