they shoot the 357 sig more accuratly than the 40 s&w while I don't doubt you I'm just not one of you. I went to the range today first time shooting my new glock 22. After hitting almost every thing I aimed at for a couple hundred rounds I switched out to my 357 sig conversion barrel and I missed far more than I hit. I know it was just pingin' steel and it's no way to judge accuracy grouping wise as opposed to on paper targets and such I'm just saying I shoot my 40 much better than the 357
that is all
ps. I'll post pic's soon as I can

I dont believe the .357 Sig is inherently more accurate than the .40 S&W. In your case it could be an issue of the POA and POI being different in the different calibers of the same weapon.

POA: Point Of Aim (where the sights are pointed when you pull the trigger). POI: Point Of Impact (where the bullet impacts the target).

both the 40 ported and 357 ported federal barrels I have extend out of the slide about an inch do you think this could have caused it? the extension did not deminish my accuracy with the 40 though so im doubtfull of this but could it be?

I've took my G23 out of the box when it was new, took it to the range with some wal-mart range ammo and emptied the first two clips into the 10 ring at 10 yards... and this was after a 2 year lapse in shooting any gun! I haven't had much range time with .357 sigs, but my 40's have always been very accurate...
actually any Glock I have every used has always been very accurate.
