Hi folks. I'm about to make my first Glock purchase. I've decided on a G30 and I'll add a couple of Pearce mag extensions. I found some decent prices on the usual gun auction sites, but now I've read here that the latest models have rails! I haven't seen those up for auction yet.
Can any of you folks point me to a photo of one of these new versions? That sounds like it might be worth the extra few bucks to have my local dealer order one for me.
Here's a link to a thread with pics (just scroll down). ===> clickable link (http://glocktalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=416003)

I'm wanting to get me a G30 with rails before long.
How available are holsters that fit it?

Comp-Tac has a new CTAC for the G30 with rails that will work. Sidearmor, to my knowledge does not... Their OWB vertical scabbard and standard IWB holsters do NOT work, though... I have them for the old G30 frame and they wouldn't work at all until I worked on them for about 2 hours each trying to mould them to the new frame. They're ugly, but they do function... sort-of.
Here are pics of the CTAC that I took when I first got it back in July.
