I have a couple questions for you. I have seen you say numerous times that your G38 is your most accurate Glock. With the smaller radius compared to the G37, how is this the case for you? Do you find it more balanced than the G37, thus making for better accuracy? Just curious...
I'm 61 years old and 5'2" tall. The smaller grip of the G38 suits my hands better and the sight radius suits my old eyes better. I shot my G30 better than my G21, and shoot my G19 better than my G17 and G17L. In GSSF competition this year I have shot better scores with my G38 than with my G19.

Gotcha - makes sense. Seeing you talk about GSSF leads me to ask my next question: how to get started in GSSF?

You pretty much have to be law enforcement, have an FFL, or work in a gunshop to some degree, I believe.
Contact Glock directly and they will get you in touch with the necessary person. Or if you know who your area Glock rep is already, they will get you going.
