G31C who has one?

Who owns a 31C? How do you like it? Not worried about flash or getting injured when CCW. Just looking for the fun factor.

I have one and I think it is a great gun. I wish more people would start shooting the .357sig.

The only negative I can come up with is the price of the ammo. And even that is getting better. I can pick up a box of 50 for less than $9 at my local range. Not cheap but within reason.

The flash is only dependant on the ammo you use. For example, of they ammo I have used, Corbon Powerball has the biggest flash while Hornady Custom has smallest. The 31C is louder and attracts attention. If you have never shot a .357SIG it recoils like 9mm+p+ through a 31C. The most I can shoot of this caliber is 150 rounds before I get the shakes. The only caliber worse for me is 50 rounds of 10mm.

I'v had my G31C for about a year. I shoot the Georgia Arms canned heat ($85.00 for 500 rounds) at the range. Recoil is not bad, I have shot several hundred rounds at a time with no pain in my hands or anything like that. I have shot my old SIG PRO 2340 in .357sig that my friend now owns right after emptying a mag from my G31C and I can tell their is more kick with the SIG. My friend also agrees that the G31C has less kick than his SIG.

Double Tap has very little if any flash from the barrel. Check it out, even with the 31C model.
