I need a rifle case capable of holding my AR10 with a scope and my Colt M4 With an Eotech and Surefire Millenium at the same time. I am moving and want to have good cases for all my guns. I don't have any cases large enough for these two. I need hard cases approved by TSA.

Not sure if a pelican case would fit the bill but as far as hard cases go, I hear good stuff about them. You say you need it to hold both of your guns, or one for each?
I don't believe you have posted a pic of the AR10, have you? What make is it if you don't mind me asking?
I'm highly partial to Starlight for their quality and durability. My Starlight's are 52" long and have plenty of room for two weapons:

This particular case has survived TSA and baggage personnel at four different airports without any problems. They are worth every penny.

starlight, pelican, and a distant third skb/gator. I only list skb/gator cus thier light, cheap and they work. They just won't survive as many flights as a real case.
Most big sporting goods stores have nice cases, some are reasonalby priced. I saw some no name steel cases the other day that looked really cool, $150, not too bad.
p.s. tsa does not approve any cases. If you see a "tsa approved" logo, it's b.s. marketing hype. Stay away.

Gorelicks my AR10 is a Armalite T that I sent to GA Precision and had a new barrel put on. I also had a badger ordance handguard installed. I installed the KAC trigger myself. I will start a pic thread with my black guns.

I like this one what size is it and did they do the foam for you.

Starlight or Pelican. I have a few Starlights, my father has a few Pelicans, both would serve you well.
This guy tried to destroy one and it held up pretty good if you ask me.

That looks like the http://www.starlightcases.net/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=starlight&Product_Code=061352&Category_Code=cases 6" deep x 13" wide x 52" long .
This usually come with two thick and three thin pieces of foam and a little knife to cut out the thicker piece of foam to your size. Just trace you rifle and cut.

If you're looking for a soft case, try this:

Foam was cut by me.
Place the rifle on the foam under a light. Trace shadow lines then cut the foam. Long process, but worth it afterwords.
My only complaint -- when I change configurations, which I am in the process of doing now, the foam is defunct. I guess I'll order some more...

Your pic shows an M4 in the lid what do you use to keep the guns on the bottom from touching the ones on the top?

It's just that way for the pic. The AR actually rests on the FAL/Shottie; no way to secure anything to the lid.
I am not familiar with starlight but I do own some Pelican products, although not cases. I use some of their flashlights and they are very high quality and I can only assume that their cases would be also.
I have both Pelican and Starlight and I feel the Starlight has a durability edge on the Pelican. I also like the hardware on the Starlight better.
Both are really good products but I think the Starlight is better case.
My Pelican case.

Soon I'll be getting some new foam for my Starlight and configuring it for two AR carbines.

Think of it like a gun club sandwich. Bottom of case thin foam> think foam W/ gun> thin foam> thick foam W/ gun> thin foam> top of case.
These are water tight so I keep a Sm desiccant canister in the case at all times. Open/close on a humid day @ the range; the moisture gets trapped in there.
DO yourself a favor and look around on the Auction sites and gun boards. You can usually save about $70-100 on the Double gun case if you look around.
Here a couple of links(I have no affiliation w/ any of the sellers)

Also, you could try Sam's Club. Although I doubt they have them. My local had a "One Time Buy" on these the past two falls. After hunting season they were on super sale...I bought all they had for less then $70 each. Kept some for myself, gave the rest away as gifts.

I bought a nice solid aluminum (welded) case that holds two scoped rifles. The manufacturer is Kalispel. I can't recommend them enough!! But you can't go wrong with the starlight cases.
