I just purchased a nib G36 saturday hoping to get out sunday to try it out. I will be using this for one of my carry guns. I would like to put an extented slide release on it and probably a set of sand decal grips. I had a set of mep fixed night sights on my glock 27 which I took of I am wondering if they will fit the G36?

I got a 36 yesterday also. Yes the sights will fit. Mine came with the same Meps I have on my 27. I'm going to put the 36 upper on my 30 frame and use it like that. Get back after you shoot it, I'll do the same.

I'm not sure what the issues have been, but I rented one at ther range yesterday and between my wife and I we had about 120 rounds through it. Not one problem during the session.
It's a very nice gun to shoot and in fact was the first 45 my wife has shot. I'm looking to buy one very soon.

The SP101 is in 357 mag with a two and one quarter inch barrel. It is nice because I can shoot 38's out of it when I,m target shooting. The SP101 is nice to carry concealed it's fairly small.
