View Full Version : Heinie Front Sight Height
I succumbed to the 10mm bug today and added a M-20 to my Glock stash. I'm planning to put Heinie sights on it but the Brownells catalog lists two different heights for the front sight blade, .216 & .250. Does anyone have any experience with either of them. Does it shoot high w/ the .216 and thus they offer the .250 to bring it down? Any insight would be appreciated, thanks.
Go shoot your gun to see what the poa/poi is.
Measure your front sight or get the info from Glock.
You'll have the answer to your question.
IMHO I would not swap out sights without shooting it first.

Contact Heinie and they will no doubt answer your question within 30 seconds. I remember that there are two sizes but can't remember which one is the one I had (I had a G29 w/heinies).
Cheers
Good point NE10, I emailed Heinie last night and they responded that the lower sight equals the factory POA, so that's what I'll go for. Tks.

I was thinking that the higher one was for a different model but it seems as though they took care of ya.
