Trigger work on BAR-10

I have two Bushmaster AR-15's and a new BAR-10. The triggers on the AR-15's feel like single stage triggers with a good clean break, but the 308's feels like a very gritty, choppy 2 stage. Is there anything I can do to smooth out the trigger on the 308? Kind of like the polishing job that can be done Glocks. Or do I have to buy one of those aftermarket $$$$ triggers?

The Bushmaster 308 uses a stock AR-15 trigger so you have a lot of options.

I got rid of my POS bushmaster trigger and put in a LMT trigger and it is great.
Mine is an early BAR10 i have heard later ones have better triggers.
