recoil spring/accuracy

I have just over 19K rounds thru my HK Compact 9mm.Routine maintenance,broken hammer strut(cracked actually) the only significant event.Last few weeks I noticed that my groupings stay consistent but not always in the same spot.Sometimes right on,sometimes a couple inches high or low.My question relates to changing the recoil spring.Only thing I can think of is the chamber may not be going completely into its position,locked into the slide.This would disrupt the relation of the barrel to the slide/sights.I plan to change the recoil spring to see if this helps.Am I way off base or has anyone seen this before?Thoughts,opinions,WAG's appreciated.

Groups staying consistent but in different places on the target??

Could one or both of your sight have become loose?

19K is a lot of rounds before changing recoil springs.

Knowing no more than what you've posted, I would get a new Wolff spring, check the sights and give the frame, slide and barrel a good cleaning.
