Hey guys, I've found myself with some free time and am thinking about giving the silencer another go. Tried it a few years ago, and actually had it work, but the rifle used at the time had a tapered barrel and gigantic front sight. Was impossible to get that thing to stay on straight. So now I'm curious if anyone can recommend a .22 pistol or rifle that such a device can be more easily adapted to...? Any favorites?

HK Tactical for a large caliber.
Walther P22 or a Sig Mosquito for .22lr. The mosquito doesn't come with a threaded barrel you'd have to buy elsewhere.
Those are some of the easiest I can think of.
Are you talking about doing a Form 1 and building your own?

P22 works well...
Advanced Armament sells a suppressed Browning Buckmark, or you could use a Buckmark with various other suppressors- Gemtech Outback II, for example...
