I want to get special glasses for bullseye shooting ...

When I go for my eyetest is it important to be well rested and have
my eyes functioning at their best, or does it matter?

My girlfriend says it doesn't matter wether you are well rested or not
before your eye test, but I intuitively think that I will receive more accurate results if my eyes are well rested and in the same condition as I get them to be before a competition.

Who is correct, does it make a difference to the eye exam, whether
your eyes are "tired" or not?

Your eyes can become fatigued and make things blurry, usually happens later in the day though. I had to rest mine to take my eye test a while back
