Found a little fix for rattling rail covers on your picatinny forend, stick a tooth pic or two where the rail cover meets the picatinny rail, one on each side, tightens it right up. And if you get something in your teeth while shooting.........viola

Thanks for sharing! Sounds like a good idea for a quick fix.
The only thing I have to ask is -- what sort of set-up are you running where you have rattling covers?

I bought some hard rail covers, I think from magpull, there a little loose. They slide on then lock, if I had to do it over again, I'd buy ladders.

What rail system are they mounted on? FWIW, Knights panels lock up perfectly with a Knights RAS. No wiggle, no giggle.
Those ladders just don't seem egonomically satisfying.

Good tip I never would have thought of that.
I'm curious though what forend do you have? I have magpul XT rail panels on my larue ff tube and they don't rattle.

Read the bottle. It can be used on A LOT more than just wood.
"this is glue... strong stuff"
Hmm, I thought this thread was the beginnings of the "dental hygiene" forum...until I opened it.:)
That said, I've used toothpicks a very long time for my gun cleaning needs and their intended purpose.
