This may have been done to death already, but does anyone have suggestions on where to get used bowling pins to practice on? I've tried local bowling allies, but no luck. What is a fair price for them?

Hard to believe your local alleys don't have them. I get them for a buck a piece at one place, and I've heard of some places that just giuve them away.

Yeah - I tried too w/ little luck; I am no longer welcome at most of the local bowling alleys I tried . . I mean sheesh - I rented the lane just like anyone else & isn't it my business what I do to those pins after I've paid my money?!?! You should have seen how those bowler ran all over the place after the 1st shot! O, how we laughed!

do some dumpster diving at the local bowling places!
Yeah, I always have trouble with those slippery little shoes they make me wear. It's funny though, once me and my friends get going, people get really quiet (between rounds, of course) which I like because I can concentrate better.
