Need to hear from everone who shoots Production in USPSA. I have a straight drop holster[and enjoy it] but i have been experimenting and have noticed that if i cant it a little[muzzle forward]say 10 to 15 dgrees my draws are faster. What type of holster are people using that will allow me to do this and are people who are shooting Production using cant type holsters? Just so you know i shoot a Glock 34.
I can throw in my $.02 ....
I shoot production with a G17. My current rig that I really like is a G-code kydex paddle holster. The paddle is drilled so you can set it at either 0 degrees or 15 degrees. I actually drilled another hole that allows about 25 degrees (I used it for carry for a while and wanted it behind the hip).
When competing I am sold on 0 degrees, straight up. For me its simple mechanics, seem to get more leverage pulling straight up, quicker releases.
I picked my g-code up from gunners alley, they're good to deal with!

FWIW I always used a straight drop holster in Production while shooting the Glocks. When I switched to CZ's, I still used straight drop holsters. I experimented briefly with both platforms, but came right back to 0°.

I stay with a Comp Tac locking paddle.

Straight drop is the preferred setup, but if you're looking for the rule, here it is:
5.2.7.3 Competitors must not be permitted to commence a course of fire wearing a holster with the muzzle of the handgun pointing further than 1 meter from the competitor's feet while standing relaxed.
